This special issue explores the experiences of Immigrant, Refugee, and Border Youth in varying developmental contexts. You will also find a set of compelling essays written by young people themselves. Special thanks to Corliss Outley, Jennifer Skuza, Aishia Brown, M. Gayle Gabriel and Jill Martz for their leadership as guest editors.

Please consider responding to our call for papers for a special issue focused on Volunteerism in youth development programs (Summer 2020, a companion to a Spring 2020 special issue on the Workforce). Submissions are due August 31, and you can find more information under JYD's Announcement tab.

I am pleased to share that JYD has been accepted for inclusion in SCOPUS, the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature. This increases the visibility of the journal and validates the work produced.

As always, we are grateful for our authors for choosing JYD to share their scholarship, our reviewers for helping make JYD stronger, and our readers for trusting JYD as your go-to place for youth development research and practice.
