States can add a local theatre production of "The Greenbrier Ghost" to their States Night Out activities on Wednesday, November 6th. There are 160 seats available for this show and the seats are available on a first come, first served basis. States should contact Courtney Susman at Greenbrier Valley Theatre by email (courtney@gvtheatre.org) or phone (304-645-3838 x 106) no later than August 31st to purchase tickets. Starting September 1st, all remaining tickets will be opened to the public for purchase.

Showtime will be 7:30 pm, any states interested in attending the musical should reserve an early seating for dinner at the Greenbrier or one of the numerous restaurants within walking distance of the theatre. The Greenbrier Valley Theatre (https://www.gvtheatre.org/) is located in Lewisburg, WV, approximately 15 minutes from the Greenbrier Resort.

The musical production is “The Greenbrier Ghost” By Cathey C. Sawyer and Joe Buttram, Musical Arrangements by Jeremy Fenn-Smith. Description - The year is 1896 and newlywed Zona Heaster has been found dead. Her death is officially ruled as an “everlasting faint” but her mother Mary Jane knows better, and Zona’s ghost will help her prove it. A local legend, the trial went down in history as the only trial won based on the testimony of a ghost.

Musical prices for our attendees are:
• $22.50 – regular
• $20.25 – 60 years of age or older
• $15 – student

If you would like to learn a little more about the Greenbrier Ghost before November, it will be part of Comedy Central's show Drunk History on Tuesday, June 18th at 10pm EST (Episode 615 "Believe It Or Not").
